The Magician’s Nephew tells how Narnia began. Readers follow Diggory and Polly as they are thrown into a dangerous, otherworldly adventure by Diggory’s greedy, mad magician uncle. Amidst their adventures, the children meet a wild variety of characters, from a dark sorceress to a kindly cabdriver and his wife.
