Orders

Yes! Our goal is to provide educational materials for all interested learners out there.

If you can’t find it on the website, that’s a good indicator that it’s not in stock as of the moment. We do update our stocks in real time once we receive them, so check back once in a while to see if it’s there.

Cancellations are not acceptable for the following reasons:
1. Change of mind
2. Incorrect/mistakenly ordered book

We will only allow cancellation if your order has not been dispatched from our Office and still have the parcel on hand.

For safety and health reasons, pick-up options at any of our stores and offices are still not allowed. Rest assured, we are currently studying how to make that option a reality.

We will process your order within 1-2 working days.

Payment

We have Dragonpay, Paypal, and Paymongo activted on our website. You can use any to make payments via cash over-the-counter at the physical retail channels you have chosen, or through internet banking and mobile payments. Please check out Dragonpay’s FAQs for additional information.

Please be aware that Dragonpay allows customers to finish their Over the Counter (OTC) payment within 48 hours of the transaction being created. If not, your payment will be deemed canceled and your reference number will expire. Following this, we advise you to initiate an entirely new transaction to obtain updated payment instructions along with a revised due date.

Please also note that you are given 3 days to settle payment. Unpaid orders past 3 days will result in order cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

You will be charged with the courier’s shipping costs – Shipping Rate by Weight, Fuel Surcharge, 12% Tax and other expenses from Philippine Customs.

DTP, Duties, Taxes, Clearance and other expenses from your country of residence will be billed to you by the courier separately. The costs are mainly based on the declared value of your order.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery will depend on our Partner Couriers’ delivery. Thank you for bearing with us.

Metro Manila deliveries are sent through Lalamove or Transportify. Provincial deliveries via LBC, while international ones via air through FedEx.

Kindly expect email notifications for delivery updates. A call or text from riders of couriers will be notified to you upon arrival.

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store as of the moment. But it is definitely part of our plan to have one.

Returns

You are only allowed to return an item when you meet our Returns Conditions found on our Return Policy page.

Please take note of the following valid reasons for return/refund requests:

1. Damaged book/package

  • For items that are physically damaged, clearly show the following examples of damage:
    – Scratches
    – Torn parts
    – Stained parts
  • For items with damaged packaging, clearly show:
    – Unwrapped or opened box
    – Severely crushed or dented box
    – Ripped box tops
    – Water damage on box
    – Holes or tears
    – Non-original or repacked box

2. Book does not match description or pictures
3. Received wrong item
4. Incomplete or Missing item
