Description

Taekwondo Beginners Class, also known as the White Belt Class, the students are taught the basic kicks, blocks, foundation forms and self-defense. The class also aims to instill love for discipline to achieve peak physical strength and grit to reach personal goals.

Classes are designed for kids to learn the value of respect, teamwork and healthy competition in a challenging but fun environment.

Instructor
A 4th Dan Blackbelt, Taekwondo has been part of his life since he was 10 years old! He was a student-athlete, making it to the Junior National Team and the varsity team of UP Diliman, where he also served as Team Captain. He has also received formal training and is a registered coach and referee of the Philippine Taekwondo Association (PTA).
Coach John formally began his coaching career in February 2015. Since then, he has been handling students from kindergarten to high school.
Class Type: Face-to-face, group class

Location: 2/F, Building B5, Bonifacio High Street, BGC, Taguig City
Landmark: The B5 building is between Fully Booked and Bench. The B5 entrance is behind Figaro.

Frequency: Once a week, (Thursday), 10 sessions

Schedules:
Level 1 – 1:00PM-2:30PM
Level 2 – 3:00PM-4:30PM
Course Level: No prior knowledge required to attend this class.

Class Details:
Please wear a comfortable white shirt and dark-colored jogging pants. No need for socks and footwear during class
A Taekwondo uniform and kick pad are optional and can be purchased through the Coach.

Each session takes 90 minutes within the given schedule. Any changes to the start date of classes will be announced in advance. Once you are officially enrolled, a separate email will be sent, including the start of classes, calendar, schedules, and other important reminders. You will be added to the Class Viber Group wherein all important announcements and coordination happen, for easier communication.
