• the student will acquire essential skills such as sight-reading, rhythmic and temporal accuracy, chord recognition and execution, as well as the ability to interpret sheet music with confidence
• the student will develop proper posture, effective hand positioning, and refined finger techniques, all of which are fundamental to achieving sustained success in piano performance.

Instructor

Teacher Charlyn holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education, with an emphasis in Piano. She brings 15 years of experience in music education and spent 5 of those years teaching at an International School overseas. There, she taught various musical instruments to students from Kindergarten through Grade 10. In addition to the piano, she is proficient in playing the flute, clarinet, cello, and several other instruments.

Course Level: No prior knowledge is required to attend this class.

Each session takes 60 minutes of the given schedule. Any changes to the start date of classes will be announced in advance. Once you are officially enrolled, a separate email will be sent, including the start of classes, calendar, schedules, and other important reminders. You will be added to the Class Viber Group wherein all important announcements and coordination happen, for easier communication.
