This class focused on basic Karate techniques, including punching, blocking, kicking, and their practical applications. This class is open to students of all skill levels eager to learn the art of Karate.

This class aims to help you master techniques and forms, enhance your physical fitness, develop self-defense skills, nurture discipline and focus, foster character development, achieve progression, build mental resilience, and promote sportsmanship and respect.

Instructor

Coach Jasmin M. Imperial also known as Coach Khid is a passionate and experienced Karate instructor. She creates a positive and supportive atmosphere to achieve a strong emphasis on safety, physical fitness, character development, and a mentoring approach that inspires and empowers students on their Karate journey.

 She has achieved remarkable success in various competitions, including being a champion in Kata competitions at the First International Shidokan Karatedo Tournament in April 2018. Her participation in invitational competitions and Inter-OSC competitions demonstrates her dedication and skill in martial arts.

Class Type: Face-to-face, group class

Location: 2/F, Building B5, Bonifacio High Street, BGC, Taguig City

Landmark: The B5 building is between Fully Booked and Bench. The B5 entrance is behind Figaro.

Frequency: Once a week, (Friday), 10 sessions

Schedules: 

Beginner : 10:00AM-11:00AM

Novice : 11:30AM-12:30PM

Course Level: No prior knowledge is required to attend this class. 

  For Novice, completion of Beginner Level  is a pre-requisite for enrolling

Class Details:

• Please wear a comfortable white shirt and dark-colored jogging pants. No need for socks and footwear during class
  • A Karate uniform is optional and can be purchased through the Coach.

Each session takes 60 minutes within the given schedule. Any changes to the start date of classes will be announced in advance. Once you are officially enrolled, a separate email will be sent, including the start of classes, calendar, schedules, and other important reminders. You will be added to the Class Viber Group wherein all important announcements and coordination happen, for easier communication.
