Description
Calligraphy is an artistic, beautiful, and elegant way of writing. It has existed in many cultures, including the Southwestern and is a particularly high value beautiful script. It is considered a major art.

The workshops aim to:

to teach students the art of beautiful writing.
to develop skills in creating decorative and elegant lettering using a variety of tools and techniques.
to emphasize historical and cultural aspects of the art form, as well as providing opportunities for personal expression and creativity.
a relaxing and meditative activity, offering a break from the fast-paced digital world.
Instructor
Teacher Genevic is experienced in graphic design and artistry, with a background in social media management and publicity material creation. Her relevant skills involve copywriting, corporate branding, as well as article writing and video editing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of the Philippines Cebu. She teaches calligraphy and other arts classes.

Course Level: No prior knowledge is required to attend this class.

Each session takes 60 minutes within the given schedule. Any changes to the start date of classes will be announced in advance. Once you are officially enrolled, a separate email will be sent, including the start of classes, calendar, schedules, and other important reminders. You will be added to the Class Viber Group wherein all important announcements and coordination happen, for easier communication.
