DESCRIPTION: Learn the beautiful art of dancing ballet and develop coordination skills, flexibility, posture and strength. This class is open to boys and girls, whether they are beginners or students who have a background in ballet. Each level focuses on different exercises suitable for the students’ age and skill level.

1. Beginners class (4-6 years old) basic floor, exercises, center and travelling exercises;
2. Primary level (7-10 years old w/ or w/o ballet background) basic floor, exercises, center, travelling and stretching exercises;
3. Prep Level 1 (11-15 years old w/ or w/o ballet background) basic floor, exercises, center, travelling and stretching exercises;
4. Intermediate Level (16 years old and up w/ ballet background) basic floor, exercises, center, travelling and stretching exercises;
5. Young adult ballet (16 years old and up w/ or w/o ballet background) basic floor, exercises, center, travelling and stretching exercises;

INSTRUCTOR: Teacher Eva Hayden

Eva Hayden is an accredited ballet teacher of the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet and Philippine Ballet Syllabus, she is a certified teacher for Progressive Ballet Technique. She is the Ballet Director of Toes in Action Dance Center and a member of the Association of Ballet Academies Philippines.

AGE REQUIREMENT: 5 years old and above

COURSE LEVEL: No prior knowledge required to attend this class except the Intermediate class

CLASS REQUIREMENTS:

• Pilates mat
• Ballet barre (Necessary for Primary level and up)
• Required ballet uniform

* Uniform to be purchased from the teacher

FREQUENCY: Twice a week, 10 sessions.

Class calendar will be sent as a separate email. Only one (1) make-up class will be provided for students who missed any sessions for the whole cycle.
