We offer a flat rate of P50.

• Once you have paid for your order, we will contact you via email within 1-2 working days and send you a link to choose your pick up schedule. Please check your spam just in case.
• You can choose between Monday-Friday (1pm to 5pm) only. (Weekends and holidays are not included).
• Please stick to your schedule and take note of your order number.

Unfortunately, once you have set your pick up schedule, you won’t be able to change it. However, you are given 6 days to claim your package in the hub. Otherwise, it will be returned back to the warehouse and you need to pay for an additional P50 to have it re-delivered to the hub.

You can certainly do so but you need to pay for the additional shipping cost.

The complete address will be shared once you have set a pick up date.

Of course! Just make sure the representative brings a copy of your valid ID, his/her own valid ID, and an authorization letter from you.
