Our beginner’s course for Rhythmic Gymnastics is carefully curated to enhance each learner’s physical fitness and artistic expression. Engaging exercises and discussions will allow students to learn and practice various gymnastic elements, including skills and forms, helping them improve their strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Additionally, the class fosters creativity by encouraging students to incorporate their unique artistic flair into their routines. Overall, this program supports both physical development and creative growth.

Instructor

Coach Phenelope is a former gymnast who has represented Panabo, Davao City, and the Davao Region for over eight years. She has been dedicated to honing her skills and talent with the Gymnastics Association of the Philippines and other private training, which has earned her numerous awards and recognitions from Regional (DAVRAA) to National (Palarong Pambansa) level competitions. Her passion for Rhythmic gymnastics did not end after her competitions. She continued to express her love for the sport by finding and teaching a new generation of gymnasts.

Class Type: Face-to-face, group class

Location: #8 Morningside Heights, Davao City
Landmark: The building is beside Metro Davao Medical and Research Center. There is a pathway on the right side of MDMRC Hospital, take that path.

Frequency: Once a week, 60 mins. per session/10 sessions

Age Requirements: 5 to 9 years old
10 to 15 years old
Class Details:
Apparatus will be provided
Learners will be required to wear appropriate attire. (Leotard, shorts, leggings, toe shoes/socks)

Schedule: Once a week (Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays)/10 sessions
5-9 years old – 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM/Saturdays
10-15 years old – 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM/Saturdays

Course Level: No prior knowledge is required to attend this class. Highly recommended for Beginners.

Each session takes 60 minutes within the given schedule. Any changes to the start date of classes will be announced in advance. Once you are officially enrolled, a separate email will be sent, including the start of classes, calendar, schedules, and other important reminders. You will be added to the Class Viber Group wherein all important announcements and coordination happen, for easier and faster communication.
