REFUND POLICY

Our refunds take approximately 15-30 working days to process. 
** You may save the link of Refund Request Form for reference.
 A refund request will only be accommodated provided that:
  1. The Parent/Student notified us of their desire to cancel IN WRITING within 48-hours of placing the online order. Requests MUST be sent via email (verbal requests are NOT accepted) to the following email address: [email protected]
  2. The Student must NOT HAVE attended ANY session of the class or;
  3. The class has been dissolved.
 

Other Alternatives

  1. Transfers – You may transfer your registration fee to a class of equal or lesser value. The tuition difference will NOT be refunded for transfers INTO a course of LESSER value. Transfers to courses of GREATER value must include payment of additional tuition with the transfer request.
  2. Credit to the following cycle – You may opt to credit your enrollment for the same class in the following cycle. Take note that the start of classes per cycle varies across different classes.
