Can I order books even if I'm not enrolled in Homeschool Global?

Of course! Our goal is to provide educational materials for any and all interested learners out there. :)

I can't find the book I'm looking for.  Do you have it in stock?

If you can't find it on the website, that's a good indicator that it's not in stock as of the moment.  We do update our stocks in real time once we receive them, so check back once in a while to see if it's on there.

I want my books delivered to another country. What are the shipping charges?

We will be charging you the courier's shipping costs which comprise of Shipping Rate by Weight, Fuel Surcharge, 12% Tax and other expenses from Philippine Customs.

DTP, Duties, Taxes, Clearance and other expenses from your country of residence will be billed to you by the courier separately. The costs are mainly based from the declared value of your order.

Paypal doesn't work for me. Do you have other methods of payment?

We have dragonpay activated to our site. It enables you to pay at your choice of online banking facility or via cash over-the-counter at your selected physical retail channels. For more info on Dragonpay, please visit their FAQs here.

Please take note that dragonpay gives customers 48 hours from the creation of a transaction to complete the payment (Over the Counter). Otherwise, your reference number will expire and your payment will be invalidated. Once this happen, we suggest that you create a new order transaction to generate new payment instruction with new deadline.

We are coming up with a solution to address other payment methods like bank transfers. If you are having difficulty with Paypal or Dragonpay, drop us a line at and we will gladly assist you from there.

I ordered a day or days before but only now that I have paid for it. When can I expect my order then?

Your order/s will only be processed after you have successfully paid which will be within 1-2 days. It will be fulfilled by our partner couriers on the 2nd or 3rd day. Email notifications will be sent for the delivery updates and a call or text from courier partners for arrival of your order.

When can I expect my order to arrive? (COVID-19 Update)

Due to the ongoing community quarantine, orders will be processed and dispatched to our partner couriers within 9-14 days. Thank you for bearing with us.

Domestic deliveries are sent through LBC and Lalamove, while international ones via air through DHL.

Kindly expect email notifications for delivery updates. A call or text from riders of couriers will be notified to you upon arrival.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, pick-up options at any of our stores and offices are not allowed.

Can I order from your online store and pick it up at a Homeschool Global Hub near me?

We are currently studying how to make that option a reality, but for now, it would be best to contact the HG Hub of your choice to ask what items they have in stock.

Where is your store located?

Due to the ongoing quarantine, our store in Ayala Malls the 30th is still closed. Our temporary office is located at 339 Robinson's Circle Pasig City (Victory Christian International School).
