Can I order books even if I'm not enrolled in Homeschool Global?
Of course! Our goal is to provide educational materials for any and all interested learners out there. :)
I can't find the book I'm looking for. Do you have it in stock?
If you can't find it on the website, that's a good indicator that it's not in stock as of the moment. We do update our stocks in real time once we receive them, so check back once in a while to see if it's on there.
Paypal doesn't work for me. Do you have other methods of payment?
We are coming up with a solution to address other payment methods like bank transfers. If you are having difficulty with Paypal, drop us a line at email@example.com and we will gladly assist you from there.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We are working out a regular shipping schedule of twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday. Cut-off for orders would be 9 AM the day before the despatch day. Domestic deliveries are sent through LBC, while international ones via air through DHL or PHLpost.
International air orders will take about 15-30 days, and domestic within 7 days from despatch.
Where is your store located?
You can find us at the 2nd Floor of Ayala Malls the 30th, Meralco Ave., Pasig City. Our operating hours are as follows:
Mondays : 10 AM - 8 PM
Tuesdays to Fridays : 8 AM - 8 PM
Saturdays: 11 AM - 8 PM
Sundays and Holidays: Closed
Can I order from your online store and pick it up at a Homeschool Global Hub near me?
We are currently studying how to make that option a reality, but for now, it would be best to contact the HG Hub of your choice to ask what items they have in stock.
