JANUARY 2024 ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN!
DESCRIPTION: This class covers the essentials of playing acoustic or electric guitar, or ukulele. This includes studying chords, parts of the instrument, strumming, reading notes, and other skills. This is open to all skill levels:
- For beginners who don’t have any background in playing the instrument but are interested in learning
- For intermediate students who have a little background in playing the instrument, and understand all the basic skills
- For advanced students who are capable to perform and want to explore the instrument further
INSTRUCTOR: Teacher Francis Villamin
Teacher Francis graduated with a Bachelor of Music Major in Music Education, focusing on guitar, from the University of Santo Tomas and is currently taking his second major in Guitar. The sweet sound and convenience of the instrument are what fuel his passion for learning and teaching the instrument. He has been teaching at Yamaha School of Music and taught at Homeschool Global for almost 4 years. Now he’s back and excited to share new knowledge with the students!
AGE REQUIREMENT: 7 - 18 years old
COURSE LEVEL: No prior knowledge is required to attend this class
CLASS REQUIREMENTS:
- Guitar/Ukulele
- Tuner
- Music notebook
FREQUENCY: Once a week, 10 sessions

Each session takes 45 minutes within the given schedule.
Any changes to the start date of classes will be announced in advance. Once you are officially enrolled, a separate email will be sent, including the start of classes, calendar, schedules, and other important reminders. You will be added to the Class Viber Group wherein all important announcements and coordination happen, for easier communication.
